Vouchers and Program Description
How Refer A Client Works:
1. Print referal card below
2. Fill out card with your name and new client's name
3. When your referral redeems their voucher you will receive $10.00 coupon to use at your next session.
4. Discounts/Coupons cannot be combined with any other promotion, special or discount offer.
5. Gift Certificate purchases do not count towards the referral program.
6. There is no limitation on participation. You may refer as many times as you choose to.
7. Only 1 coupon may be redeemed at each session to discount off full price of a 60 or 90 minute session. Promotions and coupons are subject to change without notice
