Aromatherapy massage- incorporates the use of essential oils in combination with massage therapy for enhanced psychological and physical well-being.   

Deep Tissue massage – this therapy choice can be beneficial for chronic or acute pain. Deep tissue massage releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deeper pressure on contracted areas, This type of massage works the muscle tissue below the superficial layers and is not recommended for people who have never had massage.

Energy Massage- clients enjoy the opportunity to incorporate a massage with energy therapies. Energy therapies combined with massage allows the body's energy system to become more in balance; facilitating a deeper healing and state of relaxation

Hot Stone massage – the combination of heat therapy and massage reduces muscular tension, soothes the nervous system and relieves stress and emotional fatigue. This massage therapy uses warmed stones which are placed on specific body points, such as acupuncture points, and used as massage tools instead of their hands. With long gliding strokes, this is a wonderful choice for people who experience high stress and constant muscular tension. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 90 minutes or 120 minutes sessions. Please note: service is only available in Monroe and an additional $15.00 is applied to regular massage rates for this service.

Pregnancy Massage - is a massage specifically tailored to help expected mom's relieve some of the aches and pains assoicated with pregnancy. The therapist ensures that the client is properly positioned and supported while ensuring comfort and safety for both the mother and baby. As the body changes during pregnancy, this massage can not only help with muscle aches and pains, but also reduce fluid retention, increase circulation to slow the process of varicose veins and calm the nervous system.

Relaxation/Swedish Massage- is your classic massage strictly for the purposes of rest and relaxation. This massage technique is not designed for therapeutic effects or for dealing with chronic pain or discomfort.  It is a gentle, smooth flowing style of massage that improves circulation, and promotes general muscular relaxation.

Sports Massage – Sports massage is designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. This style of massage helps prevent injury, increase performance, flexibility and range of motion. Sports massage helps relieves muscular cramps and tension and flushes toxins out of the body to decrease muscle soreness. 

Therapeutic Massage – a massage therapy that uses light to deep pressure combined with a system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints. This type of session provides a relaxation element is most likely to be used for pain and chronic health issues.
