Independent contractors (ie: massage therapists) working under the Intrinsic Health Source branding/logo/emblem are independent contractors and not employees of Intrinsic Health Source. Intrinsic Health Source offers services provided by independent contractors to expand holistic therapies offered onsite, but does not supervise, schedule appointments, perform billing or control the performance of any contractor. Independent contractors are soley responsible for scheduling, pricing and billing of services. Independent Contractors are not required to honor any Intrinsic Health Source discount and special offers or discount programs. Intrinsic Health Source is not obligated to honor any discounts or specials offered by Independent Contractors. 

Your therapy will be managed by the independent contractor who is not employed by Intrinsic Health Source but have privileges to provide services for clients at the Intrinsic Health Source facility. Intrinsic Health Source shall not be held liable for therapies performed by Independent contractors. Each independent contractor is solely responsible to maintain individual liability insurance. Please note that the foregoing disclaimer applies not only to therapies performed by independent contractors, but also to any other claims, damages or liabilities you may have out of your dealings with contractor.
