According to the Centers for Disease Control "Power of Prevention" report, 70% of all deaths in the U.S. are attributed to chronic disease; with more than two-thirds of all deaths related to just 5 chronic conditions! These chronic conditions are heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes and COPD (ie: asthma, bronchitis, emphysema).
